1/4 | cup | butter, softened | |

2 | tablespoons | Parmesan cheese, grated | |

2 | tablespoons | sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil and herbs, sliced and drained | |

1 | tablespoon | ripe olives, chopped | |
|
|||
4 | slices | round sourdough bread, each slice cut in half | |
|
Preheat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread. Place bread slices on grill and cook over medium heat 1-2 minutes or until bread is golden, turning once. Spread butter mixture over warm toast and serve at once.
