Yield: 2 dozen strips

1/2 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce | |

1/8 | teaspoon | ground mustard | |

5 | drops | hot pepper sauce | |

1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |

4 | ounces | (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese | |
|
|||
8 | strips | bacon, cooked and crumbled | |
|
|||
8 | slices | bread, crusts removed and toasted | |
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper sauce, black pepper and shredded cheese; mix well. Stir in bacon.
Spread over toast. Cut each slice of toast into three strips. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted.
